We fabricated wavelength-selective diffraction gratings using Nano-Hemisphere on Mirror (NHoM) structures that exhibits strong light confinement characteristics. By applying this structure to our Mask-pattern-transferred nonlinear laser spectroscopy technique, further enhancement in sensitivity and resolution is expected.
