Cd-free quantum dots were synthesized as nanometric light source for super-resolution optical microscopy. Cathodoluminescence of synthesized quantum dots depended on the sizes and dopant. In the meeting, luminescence properties depending on the synthesis conditions and dopant, and fluorescence imaging using the synthesized quantum dots.
