Carrier mobility is a material-specific physical property and an important parameter in material selection. The most common method for determining carrier mobility is the Time-of-Flight (TOF) method, which can simultaneously measure carrier mobility, its electric field dependence, and carrier transport phenomena. On the other hand, 9-(1-Naphthyl)-10-(2-naphthyl)anthracene (α,β-ADN) has been used as an electron transport material and a donor for blue exciplex upconversion OLEDs. Therefore, it is important to calculate the carrier mobility of α,β-ADN using the TOF method. In this study, we calculated the carrier mobility of α,β-ADNs using the TOF method.
