Organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) printed using the blend of multiple organic semiconductors exhibit significant variations in crystallinity and electrical properties depending on the mixing ratios of the semiconductors. Traditionally, finding the optimal mixing ratio requires preparing solutions with various ratios through trial and error, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive. To search for the optimal mixing ratio more efficiently, we have developed a custom spray apparatus equipped with multiple nozzles that can individually dispense different materials. This new apparatus aims to establish a novel experimental process for more efficient optimization.
