This study investigated the effect of vacuum drying time on perovskite solar cells fabricated by the electrostatic spray method. The short-circuit current density (Jsc) peaked at 10.4 mA/cm² with a 30-minute drying time. Conversely, Jsc decreased with 60 minutes of drying, likely due to the induction of non-uniform, coarse crystal growth by prolonged vacuum drying. Samples without vacuum drying showed no power generation performance and exhibited non-uniform crystals. Excessive drying time was shown to potentially worsen the characteristics.
