Metallic glass, which is one of the disordered materials, is known to have zero ductility under tensile stress because slip deformation mechanism cannot be operated. We previously found that pre-strained metallic glass using high pressure torsion process have plastic deformation even under tensile stress.In this presentation, we report evolution of mechanical properties caused by the high pressure torsion process. Then the microstructural features influencing tensile ductility via structural relaxation behavior.
