As IoT advances, the processing load of sensor data has become a challenge. In-sensor reservoir computing (In-sensor RC) using nonlinear responses is gaining attention. We propose an RC using a piezoelectric resonator-based current sensor and explore its application to motor fault diagnosis by predicting sideband amplitudes from current waveforms.
