Glass GEM (Gas Electron Multiplier) is a gas-based radiation detector, which can be used for imaging applications. The detector body can also be sealed off for operation. In this research, we aim to achieve large-area readout by using an ASIC consisting of a charge integrating amplifier for FPD and a multiplexer, and we are also building a system that can read out waveform information. We will introduce a system that can simultaneously obtain pulse height information, waveform information, and position information for infrequent measurement targets, and show that it can be used to measure cosmic ray muons, etc.
