Sensor,Hardness Sensor

We have previously reported a soft hardness sensor with a pressure-sensitive layer implanted in a soft thin-film rubber housing. However, this device is not waterproof and can only be used for measurement in air. In this study, we have changed the deposition method of the rubber housing of the hardness sensor to the solution method, and have added waterproof property to the device by depositing parylene.
