Non-equilibrium atmospheric pressure plasmas, especially those with liquid interfaces, are expected to be applied in various fields. However, the behavior in the interfacial region remains unclear. Electric fields related to the composition and density of generated reactive species, as well as interfacial charges, are essential for characterizing non-equilibrium atmospheric pressure plasmas. In this study, we report successful time-resolved measurements of the electric field in atmospheric pressure plasma using E-FISH, a method suitable for electric field measurement under such conditions.
