On-site conversion of air molecules into mixed HxNyOz species can be realized using air plasma technology, while precise control of the HxNyOz composition is still challenging. A selective generation method for dinitrogen pentoxide (N2O5) was developed in 2020, however, the reaction model reported with that needed improvement. In this study, we report on a revised reaction model based on experimental measurement results for each gaseous species and new strategy of the control generation for NO3 radical suggested by the revised model.
