Perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells are a promising next-generation solar cell technology expected to surpass the Shockley-Queisser limit. However, open-circuit voltage loss in wide-bandgap perovskites remains a significant challenge. This study systematically varied the concentration of the additive pFBPA to evaluate its impact on the optoelectronic properties and photoexcited carrier dynamics of solar cell devices, aiming to elucidate the underlying mechanisms.
