The oil content in lipid bilayers by introducing an arbitrary ratio of oil into the electroformation method, which enables the fabrication of GUVs with a minimum of constituents, and investigated the effect of oil on membrane fluidity by using the fluorescence recovery after photobleaching (FRAP) method. In this presentation, report the mechanism of fluidity enhancement by measuring the dependence of membrane fluidity on the oil content ratio, and the effects of surface charge and other factors on membrane fluidity by measurements on a surface-modified substrate.
