Highly reactive oxygen species (ROS) are generated by the interaction between plasma and ambient air. It was reported that ROS stimulate skin and bone regeneration. However, the mechanism remain unclear. It is necessary to understand that the evaluation of ROS and how they are delivered into deeper tissue. In this study, we focus on how the short-lived ROS deliver deep into bone with 3D printed scaffold structure in mm thickness.
