[7a-P02-2] Optical absorption and photoluminescence from FZ grown Mn doped bicolor spinel

Optical absorption and photoluminescence were evaluated using FZ grown Mn doped bicolor spinel. Mn doped bicolor spinel crystals were grown using a FZ technique with changing oxygen concentration of the ambient atmosphere during the crystal growth process. Color pf the crystals change with oxygen concentrations of the atmosphere.
