We fabricated a periodic SiC nanoparticle array embedded in a flexible polymer, which is applicable as a metasurface sticker to stick to any clean surfaces to control light. Because of the elasticity of the sticker, the resonances can be tuned by mechanical deformations. Photoluminescence enhancement was demonstrated by placing it on the top of the phosphor plate (yittrium aluminum garnet doped with Ce3+). Compared to the bare plate, the photoluminescence intensity through the sticker was enhanced up to about ten times.
