We propose a dielectric metasurface composed with high-refractive-index silicon nanospheres (Si NSs) 2D array. The metasurface possesses collective lattice (CLR) resonance from both the electric and magnetic resonance of the single Si NS. The wavelength of CLRs could be modulated by the lattice constant of the array individually. By designing the lattice constant of x and y direction, we achieve ~150-folds point and ~85-folds average OCE at the surface of the Si NS.
