Detection of small amounts of chiral molecules (<μM) is still challenging due to extremely weak interaction between chiral molecules and circularly polarized light (CPL). Recently, the ways to enhance Ciucular dichroism signal by optical chirality enhancement or chirality transfer via nanophotonic effects in optical nanoantenna has been proposed. Based on the analytical calculations, we demonstrate experimentally the chirality transfer from chiral molecules to Mie resonant Si NPs. In addition, we will also discuss the contribution of optical chirality and chirality transfer quantitatively.
