Solid-state nanopore devices have attracted attention as portable measurement technologies capable of rapidly and cost-effectively detecting various biomolecules such as proteins, DNA, and RNA. In this study, we aim to achieve significant noise reduction by using an insulating material with negligible capacitance for the substrate part of the nanopore device. Focusing on PDMS, which possesses insulating properties and is suitable for microfluidic channel fabrication, we aim to develop a low-noise solid-state nanopore device using PDMS as the substrate.
