We will report investigation of electric properties and electronic structures of FePc-MOF which is an organic semiconductor with a narrow energy gap. In this study, density of states of FePc-MOF has been directly observed by photoelectron spectroscopy using synchrotron radiation. The electronic structures of FePc-MOF will be discussed from both experimental and theoretical viewpoints in the presentation.
