InInterlayer Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction (interlayer DMI) in ferromagnet/non-magnet/ferromagnet (FM/NM/FM) structure promotes interlayer chiral coupling (ICC) between two ferromagnets which result in nontrivial chiral spin structures [1-4]. Such magnetic coupling enables field-free spin-orbit torque (SOT) switching of out-of-plane magnet, which can be used in high-density SOT-MRAM [5]. While the microscopic in-plane asymmetry of the structure is a key factor in the emergence of interlayer DMI, the physical origin and how to control the chirality of ICC are still unclear. Here, we offer a new method to control the chirality of the ICC by means of a post-annealing process under an oblique magnetic field.
