We numerically demonstrated that deterministic and field-free magnetization switching of a single-domain nanomagnet within 300 picoseconds at low current densities can be achieved by coupling reinforcement learning with the Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equation including spin-orbit torque. We also provided a physical interpretation of this mechanism.
