Cavity polaritons using CsPbBr3 as the active layer in microcavities undergo Bose-Einstein condensation (BEC) at room temperature due to their large exciton binding energy and extremely small effective mass arising from their photonic character.
To investigate the BEC properties of these polaritons in detail, this study demonstrates BEC in both untrapped and trapped states of polaritons in CsPbBr3 single crystals, and discusses the condensation threshold for each state.
