In crystallization control using laser ablation as an external stimulus, the crystallization behavior may be influenced by the spatial distribution of laser intensity. In this study, polymorphic phase transitions were induced using a pulsed laser beam shaped by a spatial light modulator, and the resulting behavior was observed. As a result, it was confirmed that the probability of phase transition induction varied depending on the beam shape. These findings suggest that the beam shape can be a factor affecting polymorphic phase transition behavior.
