[7p-P07-13]NV- Diamond Film Deposition for Quantum Sensing under High Pressure

Both electrical resistance and magnetization measurements are essential in the search for superconductors. We propose a new approach for high-pressure experiments using an NV-DAC, in which an NV center-containing diamond film is deposited on a diamond anvil. In this study, we attempted to fabricate a high-quality NV-diamond film on a diamond substrate via chemical vapor deposition (CVD). The crystallinity of the films was evaluated using Raman and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy, and their correlation with growth conditions was investigated.
