[7p-P09-7]Structures and optical properties of Te-based organic-inorganic hybrid vacancy-ordered double perovskite semiconductors under high pressure

Organic-inorganic hybrid vacancy-ordered double perovskite semiconductors are expected to be applied to solar cells as Pb-free materials. In this study, we applied pressure to vacancy-ordered double perovskites (MA2TeBr6 and FA2TeBr6) to investigate the effects of rotation and orientation changes of organic molecules on their structural and optical properties, and found that FA2TeBr6 has stronger bonds, less shrinkage, and no difference in band gap.
