To improve the performance and reduce variability of perovskite solar cells, automated spin coating system was developed, enabling precise control of anti-solvent dropping. Furthermore, Bayesian optimization was employed to efficiently explore material compositions and process conditions, resulting in a power conversion efficiency exceeding previous best values in a short period. The perovskite layers fabricated under the optimized conditions showed reduced surface roughness and increased carrier lifetime compared to those made under conventional optimal conditions.
