[8a-N102-3]Area-Enlargement of Topological Corner Modes for Storage of Elastic Energy

We achieved the area-enlargement of topological corner modes by inserting middle domain, which preserves the symmetry, between the boundary of Kagome phononic crystals that hold the higher-order topological states. The corner mode spreads to the corner region of the middle domain uniformly in the structure we propose. The stored energy concentrated at the corner region increases significantly compared to the conventional structure.
