[8a-N202-5]Lattice constant evaluation of Fe-Ga single crystals grown by vertical Bridgman method

We have grown Fe-Ga magnetostrictive alloy single crystals that can be used for magnetostrictive vibration power generation for IoT (Internet of Things) using the vertical Bridgman (VB) method. Using these crystals, we developed a unique processing technique for Fe-Ga plates by surface grinding to stabilize the power output of vibration power generation devices. This time, we investigated the effect of this processing technique on the lattice constant and report the results.
