In this study, we investigated the composition and thickness dependence of anomalous Nernst effect (ANE) in amorphous Fe-Sn films to improve the sensitivity. By investigating the composition dependence of sensitivity, we found that at x=0.74, an exceptionally high sensitivity of +0.37 µm/A was achieved. This value is much larger than the reported values. This may be attributed to the low thermal conductivity of the amorphous phase and the presence of kagome-lattice fragments of Fe3Sn, which produces a large Berry curvature. We confirmed by Mössbauer spectroscopy that about 30% of Fe in the Fe0.74Sn0.26 film is incorporated into kagome-lattice Fe3Sn structure.
