Organic-inorganic perovskite solar cells have attracted attention due to their high power conversion efficiency and low fabrication costs. While extensive research has been conducted on their photoelectric conversion properties, their electrical behavior in the dark remains poorly understood. In this study, impedance spectroscopy was employed to evaluate the electrical characteristics of the device in the dark, aiming to elucidate the underlying principles of its power generation behavior under such conditions. By analyzing changes in the impedance response under applied DC bias voltage, we investigated the charge transport processes within the device, the contribution of ion migration, and the mechanism of dark current generation.
