短いアト秒パルス発生にはサイクル数が少なく長い波長のレーザーが有利である。我々は独自のAdvanced DC-OPA法により、サブ10 TW中赤外サブサイクルレーザーを開発した。本発表では、10TW級サブサイクルレーザーの開発とアト秒パルス発生への応用について報告する。
