Research is progressing on the application of optical vortices to the terahertz wave band for the realization of multiplex wireless communications. For practical application, electric field imaging technology that visualizes the unique phase structure of optical vortices is essential. While previous studies have successfully visualized the spatial distribution of electric fields in continuous terahertz waves, issues remain regarding efficiency and sensitivity. Therefore, this study aims to resolve these issues and establish a method for efficiently and sensitively imaging the electric fields of continuous terahertz waves.
