Focused electron beams were irradiated onto SH-SY5Y neuronal cells, and intracellular Ca²⁺ responses were visualized using fluorescence microscopy.Comparison under varying irradiation positions and frequencies suggested that Ca²⁺ concentration changes depend on stimulation conditions.
