Extracellular vesicles
Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are bio-particles approximately 100 nm in diameter, and cancer cell–derived EVs possess characteristic molecular compositions, making them promising cancer biomarkers. In this study, we report the evaluation of interactions between brain tumor–derived EVs and the glomerulus using single-particle SERS analysis with a custom-designed nanopore device.
