When a solid electrolyte with photoconductivity and ion conductivity is used for the reservoir layer, it is possible to classify light patterns directly irradiated onto the reservoir layer by improving the local photoconductivity. However, since the improvement in photoconductivity also depends on the intensity of the irradiated light, there are still some points to be clarified about the mechanism by which pattern classification is possible. Therefore, in this study, it was confirmed that by aligning the intensity of the irradiated light, pattern classification is possible by the output change depending on the pattern and wavelength of the irradiated light.
