In this study, we have fabricated a perfect absorber with selective TM and TE polarization in the UV-A region (λ = 395 nm and 340 nm) using an Al nanohole array structure, aiming at application to ultraviolet optical switching devices, and evaluated its optical properties. Samples were fabricated by electron beam lithography and vacuum deposition, and evaluated by combining simulations using rigorous wave coupling analysis and reflectance measurements. As a result, we confirmed a rapid drop in reflectance corresponding to the absorption peak in both simulations and experiments.
