We present a single-shot vectorial wavefront imaging technique that integrates the Transport-of-Intensity Equation (TIE) with a polarization camera. An optical system utilizing a transmission-type diffraction grating was designed, and its phase retrieval capability was investigated through wave-optics-based simulation to verify a fundamental function. The phase distributions at an observation plane obtained via the TIE was similar to those generated by free-space propagation. The result shows the feasibility of the proposed system for single-shot vectorial wavefront imaging.
