Thin-film lithium niobate (TFLN) exhibits strong electro-optic effects, optical confinement, and nonlinear optical properties, making it a promising platform for applications such as modulators. In our previous work, we established a dry etching process for fabricating TFLN waveguides. Currently, we are aiming to generate optical frequency combs utilizing the Kerr effect. In this study, we investigated the conditions for comb generation under various LN layer thicknesses, waveguide widths, and etching depths, and optimized aperiodic grating couplers accordingly.
