In this study, we theoretically investigate spin-current generation in monolayer Janus transition-metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) via the nonlinear Hall effect (NLHE). Accounting for the Rashba-type spin polarization, we evaluate the NLHE-induced spin current using a tight-binding model combined with the Kubo formalism extended to the nonlinear regime.
