[8p-N303-9]Spin current measurement using ST-FMR in epitaxial multilayer Fe/Ru/Co

This study explores the realization of synthetic altermagnets using magnetic multilayers composed of Fe/Ru/Co/Ta grown on MgO(110) substrates by magnetron sputtering. Surface observation results by RHEED showed epitaxial growth of the Fe layer, while the Co layer exhibited degraded crystallinity. Magnetization measurements by MOKE showed a plateau in the low magnetic field region, suggesting the presence of antiferromagnetic interlayer exchange coupling between the Fe and Co layers. These results suggest a synthetic structure analogous to altermagnets. In the presentation, we will discuss the spin transport properties measured by ST-FMR measurement.
