To clarify the origin of memristive oscillation observed in the molecular Mott insulator [Ni(chxn)2Br]Br2, we conducted impedance spectroscopy and investigated the temperature dependence of the dynamic inductance and oscillation frequency. We demonstrate that the internal inductance, arising from the memristive properties of this material, drives the oscillation.
