By using time-dependent density functional theory with SALMON package, we reproduce the experimental modulation and reversal of the residual current in graphene under strong laser fields reported previously, support the prediction by Morimoto et al. and further show its 3D distribution. This work underscores the significance of three-dimensional real-space current distribution in understanding the complex nonlinear dynamics of graphene under strong laser fields.
