To achieve wide-range mechanical mapping with single-cell resolution, we've developed high-speed and wide-range pulsed-force atomic force microscopy (PF-AFM) systems. Building upon the system presented in our previous work, we've applied this measurement system to biological tissues and demonstrated the effectiveness of our control methods. Key advancements include control strategies to reduce friction between the probe and sample surface during measurements, multi-stage feedback/feedforward control for precise surface tracking, and the integration of various high-speed AFM technologies. On the day of the presentation, we will detail the system's specifications and present the results of our measurements on the initial demineralization process of bone tissue.
