A flexible throat microphone with a three-layer structure composed of electrospun polyurethane (PU) nanomesh was developed. The resonance frequency was tuned to 150–250 Hz, indicating the potential for selective detection of voice pitch. Voice signals transmitted through the skin were successfully recorded using a measurement setup that simulates throat-based voice acquisition. A COMSOL simulation modeling the conversion of mechanical vibration into electrical signals via the triboelectric effect will also be presented.
