Metallic and dielectric metasurfaces are useful for highly sensitive label-free molecular sensing, but there is a trade-off between electric field enhancement and spectral linewidth, which determine sensor sensitivity. In this study, we propose a plasmonic metasurface absorber that achieves both strong field enhancement and narrow linewidth, with tunable wavelength coverage across the entire near-infrared region, by coupling surface lattice resonance (SLR) and a parametric quasi-bound state in the continuum (quasi-BIC) mode. In this presentation, we report the absorption characteristics of this metasurface based on experimental, numerical, and theoretical analyses.
