In recent years, there's been growing interest in energy harvesting utilizing ambient energy sources like heat and vibration, aiming for a sustainable society. Among these utilizations, the use of electromagnetic waves as a power source is gaining significant attention due to their ubiquitous presence in our surroundings. Previously, a phenomenon where current is generated by exciting spins upon irradiating thin films with electromagnetic waves under an external magnetic field has been discovered and garnered much interest . In this research, we aim to achieve power generation using electromagnetic wave absorption without the need for an external magnetic field by employing ferromagnetic thin films with varying magnetic anisotropy within the film. L10-ordered FePt is a material with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy varing with the deposition temperature. We fabricated L10-ordered FePt thin films with different magnetic anisotropies within the film.
