To realize a quantum transducer based on a color center in diamond, we investigated the coupling between a SnV center and microwaves via electromechanical interaction without using piezoelectric materials. A bias voltage and microwave signal were applied to a single SnV center embedded in a diamond photonic crystal on a SiN waveguide. A resonance near 7.7 GHz with a quality factor of 160 was observed through sideband spectrum in photoluminescence excitation (PLE).
