A double-tilt liquid cell holder was developed, that enabled atomic-resolution ADF-STEM imaging of single crystal samples in liquid on the zone-axis incident condition. SrTiO3<001> lamella with about 100nm in thickness was prepared by FIB and transferred to a liquid cell chip by a glass probe pick-up method, followed by enclosing it with pure water in a liquid cell. When observed with ADF-STEM on the <001> zone-axis incident condition, atomic-column resolved images at a water-SrTiO3 interface were acquired.
