Keywords:

hydrogen-terminated diamond,polar organic molecules,adsorption

Polar organic molecules were adsorbed onto the hydrogen-terminated diamond surface, and their electrical conductivity was evaluated. As a result, the adsorption of dichloromethane and nitrobenzene resulted in sheet resistance comparable to that of hydrogen-terminated diamond exposed to air.
